01 — What is the difference between Therapy and Coaching:

Coaching as defined by ICF (International Coaching Federation) “is a partnership with clients in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional growth”. There is more of an emphasis on action and results and less discussions of “why” and more addressing “the how.” Coaching is effective when there are no emotional, cognitive or behavioral barriers preventing you from reaching your goals. Coaching is going to more about where you are now, what is working for you and what is not and what needs to be modified to move forward. There is no distress preventing you from operating a “good” level, but you are aware that you have more potential and are seeking to move from “good” to reach an optimal level and maximize your truest potential.
